A Breathtaking Residential Project in Peru

JSª is a team of architects from Mexico City. They recently developed this breathtaking residential project situated by the beach in Lima, the capital of Peru. The location couldn’t be better- a peaceful area located not far away from the urban madness, where all the major events take place. A white and captivating exterior, with large windows draws attention to the building that houses 4 apartments. Stone stairs connect the levels on the outside. A beautiful pool completes the mystical feel of this residential wonder. The interior design is modern and minimalist, with interesting furniture items and original color arrangements. We don’t know why the building is called “22″, but we really like its name.

Contemporary Raw Stone and Wood House

This house is designed with outside and inside integration in mind. It’s located in Buenos Aires, Argentina so the weather isn’t complication in that. Its exterior incorporates only natural materials like stone and wood and consists of bearing walls and steel columns that allow greater openness to the garden. The load-bearing walls are made in stone, providing greater insulation and waterproof. The house is oriented north to catch beautiful lake views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The house’s shape is two blocks connected with entrance. The house features as public areas as private spaces as for adults as for their kids. Private areas are separated in order to give family members an autonomy.
